Returns:

Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Keep in mind that we require the receipt or proof of purchase for processing.

Buyer's Remorse:

For returns regarding buyer's remorse, we will credit the cost of the merchandise, deducting a 20% handling/restocking fee. The refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us using the contact information of the buyer, order number, and reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Kindly note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please remember to retain your packing materials, along with the manufacturer's warranty, YetiBeds sales receipt, and invoice. If you encounter any issues beyond the 30-day return period due to non-normal wear and tear, kindly contact the manufacturer directly.

To ensure a safe return, please carefully wrap the items and ship them back to us using Parcel Post insured or UPS. Prepaid shipping charges are required for parcel returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns and will be refused.

Damages, Defective, and Mis-Shipped:

We want to note that slight color variations in images across screens do not qualify as defects or mis-shipments and are not eligible for free return shipping.

If you are returning products from any of our drop shipper manufacturers, please follow the returns form included in their packaging. Refunds will be processed once the return is received at their warehouse.

We kindly request you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival. Should you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or receiving the wrong item, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We value your satisfaction and will promptly address and resolve any concerns.

Yetibeds will be responsible for the return label of damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. Please contact Yetibeds customer service HERE, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that certain items, including perishable goods, face masks, buffs, balaclavas, climbing gear, underwear, bathing suits, custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for a return.

Exchanges:

For a quick and seamless process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the desired item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Refunds:

In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received further communication from us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
