Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, email info@yetibeds.com with the subject line: “Order Confirmation Not Received”.

For custom items, we will contact you to confirm any special customizations before processing and shipping.


Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • Orders may be refused or canceled for various reasons, including:

    • Payment verification issues

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Pricing errors on the website

  • We may request additional verification (phone number, address, payment details) before accepting your order.

  • In case of pricing errors, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.


Handling & Transit Time (USA)

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM daily for same-day processing

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible after confirmation.


Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, email info@yetibeds.com and we will assist you.
